XRP Ignites Technical Speculation as Dark Defender Sees Wave Pattern Emerge
A technical analyst known as Dark Defender has made a bold claim about XRP's price movement. He believes that the asset is not waiting for the Clarity Act to pass, and instead will follow its own wave pattern regardless of legislative outcomes.
According to Dark Defender, XRP is currently replicating an Exponential Moving Average Jumping Pattern seen in 2014 and 2017, both of which preceded major rallies. He has also identified XRP's Grand Wave III as active on a long-term chart dating back to 2013.
The analyst's technical case rests on pattern repetition, and he expects the asset to move regardless of the Clarity Act's outcome. On the longer-term chart, Fibonacci extension targets project levels of $18.22, $36.77, $74.39, and $333.11, with $333 being his stated exit target.
The community has taken sides on this issue, with some supporting Dark Defender's position and others pushing back. One commenter argued that XRP has consistently followed the CLARITY Act narrative and that the market and price action have reflected that.
