XRP Partnerships Fail to Boost Price Amid Steep Declines
XRP holders now have another option to earn yield, but the coin's price continues to drop. In October 2026, Doppler Finance announced a partnership with Flare Network to give XRP holders access to Flare's FXRP vaults through Doppler.
The partnership aims to allow XRP to be used as 'working capital' and provide holders with a new way to earn yield on their coins. However, the details of the vaults, including the launch date, yield rate, fee structure, and minimum deposit requirements, have not been revealed yet.
Doppler has already made a significant impact on the XRP Ledger, surpassing $130 million in total value locked within just 18 months of its launch. However, despite the new yield options, XRP's price continues to fall, dropping about 51% over the past year and 18.4% this year.
The partnership is part of a series of XRP yield developments, including initiatives from Flare, D'CENT, and RippleX. However, these efforts have not yet translated into higher demand for XRP, and it remains unclear whether any of these yield products can generate the demand needed to boost XRP's price.
