XRP Stalls Below 50-Week SMA as Recovery Fades
XRP has maintained its weekly recovery, but still sits below its 50-week simple moving average (SMA). The cryptocurrency closed last week at around $1.41, up about 1.33% from the previous week.
The 50-week SMA currently sits near $1.56, and XRP would need a 10.5% increase to reach that level. This is the nearest major moving-average level displayed above XRP's current price.
XRP has been trading below this moving average after a prolonged decline from its 2025 highs. The recent rebound began after XRP briefly moved toward the $1.00 area, and then recovered sharply toward $1.40 before entering a narrower weekly range.
