XRP Supply Outlook Tightens as Whale Withdrawal Reduces Exchange Availability
A recent transaction involving XRP has tightened its supply outlook after a whale withdrew approximately 580 million tokens, valued at around $900 million.
The withdrawal consisted of seven transactions and reduced exchange-side availability. This contraction in supply is further supported by spot outflows, which recorded $6.76 million in net outflows over the past 24 hours.
Additionally, XRP's Exchange Reserve USD declined by 2.48%, indicating that exchanges collectively held less dollar-denominated XRP value during this period.
The reduced availability of XRP on exchanges could lead to a decrease in immediate selling supply if demand remains firm. However, the declining exchange balances alone are not sufficient to guarantee higher prices, as XRP still requires price action to confirm whether buyers can capitalize on these conditions.
