XRP Surges Ahead of Dogecoin in Market Value and ETF Investments
Over the past year, XRP has outperformed Dogecoin in terms of price growth. According to recent data, XRP's market value is around $95 billion, dwarfing Dogecoin's $15 billion. This disparity is also reflected in their respective ETF investments, with XRP holding over $1.77 billion compared to Dogecoin's $15.5 million.
Dogecoin's supply growth has been a major concern for investors. The coin adds approximately 5.3 billion new coins every year due to its uncapped supply, requiring constant buying pressure to maintain its price. In contrast, XRP has a maximum supply limit of 100 billion coins and is currently valued at around $1.50.
Historically, Dogecoin's price has been volatile, with the coin dropping by about 59% over the past year. In comparison, XRP has lost around 47%. While both coins have declined in value this year, XRP appears to have a stronger case for growth as the year progresses.
Looking ahead to 2026, XRP seems poised to continue its upward trend. With a more reliable source of investor interest and a definitive supply limit, XRP may outperform Dogecoin in the long run.
