XRP Targets Fierce Move to $1.80+ as Key Price Level Comes Under Fire
XRP is once again testing a key price level that has repeatedly stopped its advances for months. The $1.50 mark appears to be the threshold that will determine whether the latest recovery develops into a larger move.
Crypto trader Dom (@traderview2) pointed out this level after XRP tested its three-month and six-month rolling volume-weighted average prices (rVWAPs) as support this week. Flipping $1.50 from resistance to support would be a significant development, according to Dom.
'Flipping $1.50 to support is still the only thing that matters here in the immediate,' he said. Such a move could 'open the door for a fierce move to $1.80+.'
The accompanying XRP/USDT daily chart shows why the $1.50 area carries so much technical weight. XRP has repeatedly encountered selling pressure around roughly $1.48-$1.55 since February, with several attempts to break through this region being rejected.
