XRP's CVD Sinks Below Key Moving Averages, Sellers Gain Upper Hand

XRP's price has remained relatively stable over the past few days, but beneath the surface, its CVD reading is flashing a warning signal. The CVD for XRP has dropped sharply to 16.2 million, pushing it below its 20.9 million and 26.5 million moving averages.

This decline suggests that sellers have been more aggressive than buyers in recent sessions, even as the price has not yet reflected this shift. The chart shows a sharp peak in CVD around September 23, when it climbed to approximately 62 million, followed by a steady fall since then.

The current moment is highlighted in the circled area on the chart, where CVD sits near its recent lows at approximately 16.2 million, with the price still holding above collapse territory. The divergence between price and CVD is notable, as it often means the market is absorbing sell pressure for now.

However, the question remains how long this absorption will hold. For XRP bulls, the task is clear: buying volume needs to increase and push CVD back above the moving average to stabilize the outlook.
