Zcash and Hyperliquid ETFs Gain Traction in Cryptocurrency Market
The cryptocurrency exchange-traded fund (ETF) market has seen significant growth in recent years, with the combined market capitalization of digital assets reaching nearly $2.9 trillion by late September. Bitcoin accounts for nearly $1.7 trillion of this figure, with the market for other cryptocurrencies also on the rise.
Two crypto ETFs, the Grayscale Zcash ETF (ZCSH) and the Bitwise Hyperliquid ETF (BHYP), are currently making waves in the market. These funds focus on digital currencies with viable use cases, which could foster long-term price appreciation.
The Grayscale Zcash ETF was converted from a trust to an ETF about a month ago and has seen rapid growth, with assets under management increasing from $260 million to $995.7 million by September 25. This growth is significant, and some experts believe that Zcash could reach $5,000 by the end of the year, more than tripling from its current price.
The Bitwise Hyperliquid ETF, which debuted in May, has also seen impressive growth, with $204.7 million in assets under management. This fund focuses on Hyperliquid, the 10th-largest cryptocurrency by market value, which has tripled in value this year. Some experts believe that Hyperliquid could reach $147 by 2031, or even as high as $456 in a bull case scenario.
