Iran's Central Bank Announces Updated Currency Exchange Rates
The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has announced updated currency exchange rates for August 6. According to the CBI, the value of 45 currencies increased compared to August 5.
The official rate for $1 is now 1,506,635 rials, while one euro is valued at 1,739,568 rials. This represents a slight increase from yesterday's rates, where the euro was priced at 1,726,771 rials.
The CBI has also adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, with one euro costing 1,780,637 rials and $1 costing 1,542,205. On the black market, $1 is currently worth around 1.88-1.91 million rials, while one euro is valued at 2.17-2.20 million rials.
