Libya's Central Bank Governor Meets with UK Officials in London
The Central Bank of Libya Governor Nagi Issa has been engaging in high-level discussions in London to strengthen the country's economic ties with the UK. He held productive talks with the UK Foreign Office's Chief Economist, focusing on the implementation of the Unified Spending Framework and coordination on fiscal policies.
The meeting followed a previous discussion with Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey, where they explored ways to bolster the Central Bank's gold reserves and diversify its assets.
