Nepal Rastra Bank Sets Foreign Exchange Rates Across Multiple Currencies

Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the exchange rates for various currencies today. The buying rate for one US dollar is set at 152 rupees and 82 paisa, while the selling rate is 153 rupees and 42 paisa. The bank also determined the exchange rates for other major currencies, including the European Euro, UK Pound Sterling, Swiss Franc, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan, Saudi Arabian Riyal, Qatari Riyal, Thai Baht, UAE Dirham, Malaysian Ringgit, South Korean Won, Swedish Kroner, Danish Kroner, Hong Kong Dollar, Kuwaiti Dinar, Bahraini Dinar, Omani Rial, and Indian Rupee.

The central bank stated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as needed. Commercial banks may have different exchange rates, which will also be available on the central bank's website. The exchange rates are as follows: 100 Indian Rupees is equal to 160 rupees for buying and 160 rupees and 15 paisa for selling.

The bank has also set the following exchange rates: one US dollar is 152 rupees and 82 paisa for buying, 153 rupees and 42 paisa for selling; one European Euro is 178 rupees and 50 paisa for buying, 179 rupees and 20 paisa for selling; and so on.
