RBC Ditches Transfer Fees on International Money Transfers
Canada's Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has made it simpler to send money abroad by removing transfer fees for clients who hold USD, EUR, GBP, and HKD currencies in their RBC U.S. and RBC Foreign Currency Accounts.
The bank's International Money Transfer service allows clients to send funds directly in the foreign currency they already hold, avoiding exchange rate surprises at the time of transaction.
RBC is aiming to make international payments seamless and reliable for Canadians, with key features including digital self-serve, zero transfer fees, and no minimum balance or monthly account fee required.
