RBC Lists €85M in Covered Bonds on London Stock Exchange

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has listed €85 million in covered bonds on the London Stock Exchange's main market. The securities carry a 4.001% coupon and mature on September 23, 2047.

The bonds were issued under RBC's €75 billion Global Covered Bond Programme and are guaranteed by RBC Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership.

The covered bonds have an ISIN of XS3509680164 and were made available to eligible counterparties and professional clients only. They were not registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, limiting their availability to non-U.S. persons in offshore transactions.
