RBC Lowers Target Price on Gen Digital by $4

Royal Bank of Canada has lowered its target price for Gen Digital stock from $30.00 to $26.00 in a recent report, according to MarketBeat.

The bank currently holds a 'sector perform' rating on the stock and suggests a potential upside of 14.46% from the current price.

This is not the only change to Gen Digital's target price recently - Wells Fargo & Company lifted its target from $22.00 to $28.00 and gave the stock an 'equal weight' rating, while Barclays upped its target from $27.00 to $32.00 with the same rating.

The company has seen a number of other research reports in recent weeks, including one from Wall Street Zen which cut Gen Digital's rating from 'buy' to 'hold', and another from Weiss Ratings which raised it from 'hold (c)' to 'hold (c+).'
