RBC Raises $1.5 Billion Through Subordinated Debentures Amid Downside Pressure
Royal Bank of Canada (RY) has successfully raised $1.5 billion through non-viability contingent capital subordinated debentures, increasing its regulatory capital buffer and bolstering liquidity management.
This move is part of the bank's efforts to diversify funding channels and support investor confidence.
