The Central Bank of Russia set the official euro exchange rate on September 25 at 96,889 rubles.

In related news, the Ministry of Finance has submitted a draft amendment to the Tax Code to increase budget stability, while AK&M assigned Rosneft an RNTR1 scientific and technical development rating.

The volume of industrial production in Russia decreased by 0.6% in August, with inflation at 0.13% since the start of September.
