SNB Sees Inflation Within Target Range
The Swiss National Bank (SNB) is in a comfortable situation regarding inflation, according to President Martin Schlegel. He made this statement during an interview with SRF.
Inflation forecasts for Switzerland are currently within the SNB's target range of 0-2%. Schlegel mentioned that these expectations are 'pretty much right in the middle of the range'.
This suggests that the country is experiencing moderate inflation, but it remains under control. The SNB has a target range to keep inflation between 0 and 2%, which Schlegel believes they are meeting.
