Xryma Plc has gone live on the European Central Bank's (ECB) T2 Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) network. This milestone enables near-instant cross-border euro payments for Xryma's customers, settling transactions in central bank money within 40 seconds.

T2 RTGS is a significant improvement over traditional correspondent banking methods, which typically take three to five business days and pass through multiple intermediary banks. With the new system, Xryma can offer faster, more transparent, and more resilient payment flows.

Nikogiannis (John) Karantzis, Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Xryma Plc, commented: 'Going commercially live on the ECB's T2 RTGS network marks another significant milestone in Xryma's evolution as a banktech group.'
