Investors have been pulling back from the Japanese yen in recent days, with Invesco's FXY fund seeing a notable outflow of $2.898 million on September 24.

This represents about 0.64% of its assets under management, which total $455.9 million.

The move comes as traders reassess the yen's trajectory against the dollar, with the related asset FX:USD-JPY currently trading at 157.28, a decline of around 2.76% over the past three months.

Short-term technical signals are cautioning against further investment in the yen, with a 1-day rating flashing Sell.
