1-800-Flowers.com Refinances Credit Agreement for Enhanced Liquidity
1-800-Flowers.com has amended its credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank to boost financial flexibility and adjust covenants. The Third Amendment, signed on September 9, 2026, introduces a minimum liquidity covenant that will be in effect through the fiscal quarter ending September 26, 2027.
From December 26, 2027 onwards, the company will be subject to a minimum consolidated EBITDA covenant. This change aims to provide the company with more financial flexibility during its recovery phase.
The amendment also expands asset sale permissions, allowing 1-800-Flowers.com to retain up to $30 million of proceeds after a minimum $15 million prepayment on the term loan.
