The Walt Disney Company has acquired the former Yamaha Motor Corp. headquarters in Cypress, California for $115.3 million.

The 25-acre campus, located six miles west of Disneyland Resort, will serve as an administrative hub for Disney's theme park division.

This move marks a significant operational milestone for the multi-billion-dollar DisneylandForward project, which aims to reshape the future of the resort.

With the acquisition, Disney can clear out non-essential office space and storage facilities within Anaheim, making way for new rides, themed lands, and guest amenities.
