$11.5m Sale Sparks Luxury Revamp at Nera Residences

Nera Residences on Chevron Island has refined its upper-level collection after a record-breaking $11.5 million sale of its Penthouse.

The developer, Bastion Development Group, has created an even more exclusive offering with just four Skyhomes and one Sub-Penthouse available in the tower's upper levels.

The Sub-Penthouse on Level 28 boasts 442sqm of internal living space, 46sqm of outdoor entertaining areas, and panoramic views of the Gold Coast skyline, Nerang River, and Pacific Ocean.

Crafted by Paradigm Design Studio in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin, the interior features a statement kitchen with Gaggenau and Liebherr appliances, natural stone surfaces, and custom joinery.

Bastion Development Group CEO Alex Wood says the decision to create an exclusive upper-level collection reflects the growing demand for larger, highly curated residences that offer genuine scarcity.
