A joint venture between Lone Star Funds, Grove Real Estate Partners and TMG Partners has acquired a massive 2.2 million SF portfolio of research and development properties in Silicon Valley.

The $1.1 billion purchase covers 50 buildings across 140 acres on six campuses in San Jose, Santa Clara, and Milpitas, placing the JV firmly within the region's Golden Triangle.

This strategic location is home to several major tech companies, including Nvidia, Cisco, Amazon, Samsung, Oracle, and Intel, which will undoubtedly benefit from the properties' specialized infrastructure.
