$160 Bathroom Makeover Adds Color and Personality
Homeowner Jessie Estes recently gave her bathroom a colorful makeover on a budget of just $160. The space had previously been lacking in personality and color, with cream-colored walls, floors, and fixtures.
To add some much-needed visual interest, Estes applied an intricate peel-and-stick wallpaper to one wall for $80. She also repainted the vanity Sherwin-Williams' 'Tricorn Black', which she had already purchased and was able to use without incurring additional costs.
Estes got creative with DIY projects, making her own leather cabinet pulls using just $5 worth of materials and building a slim shelf above the vanity from a 4x8 board for $15. The final touch was a new mirror from Target.
