Trebellar has secured $18 million in its Series A funding round, led by Blossom Capital. The funds will be used to develop an AI-native platform that replaces traditional spreadsheets for corporate real-estate management.

The platform consolidates various data points such as space allocation, cost, utilization, commute times, public-transit access, and employee sentiment into a live data layer, aiming to shift corporate real-estate decisions from reactive, cost-centered approaches to proactive, value-creation initiatives.

Trebellar already has early adopters in Meta, Uber, Merck, and Cohesity. CEO Diego Ferreiro Val stated that the software gives real-estate leaders the execution speed found in other modern corporate departments.
