$20 Billion Strategic Partnership for QIA and J.P. Morgan Asset Management
The Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) and J.P. Morgan Asset Management have entered into a $20 billion strategic partnership.
The agreement involves two key areas of collaboration: a $15 billion public equities mandate to support QIA's long-term investment objectives, and a $5 billion private markets initiative focused on supporting established middle-market companies in the U.S.
Under the public equities mandate, JPMAM will manage customized global equity portfolios for QIA, leveraging the firm's leading active equity capabilities, global investment platform, and extensive research resources.
The partnership aims to bring together QIA's long-term institutional perspective and JPMAM's globally leading investment expertise, positioning both organizations to capitalize on global investment opportunities and deliver sustainable long-term value.
