Pebb Capital has secured a $223 million refinancing for its Sundy Village office and retail project in Delray Beach, Florida. The new loan replaces a previous $173 million construction loan from 2023, which was also provided by JPMorgan Chase.

The Sundy Village complex is a sprawling mixed-use development that includes 100,000 square feet of office space, 30,000 square feet of retail, and 268 parking spots. The project has been in the works since at least 2019, when Pebb's Todd Rosenberg bought the land for $40 million.

The property is currently 97 percent pre-leased to tenants such as Fairstead Development, Industrious, and Vertical Bridge. Retail spaces are occupied by Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Maman, Barcelona Wine Bar, and Double Knot sushi.
