$75 Million Raised by Infinimmune to Advance Antibody Pipeline
Infinimmune has secured $75 million in Series A financing to accelerate its human-derived antibody pipeline. The funding will support clinical development of two lead atopic dermatitis programs, as well as additional programs based on the company's approach.
The round was co-led by Regeneron Ventures and Playground Global, with participation from RA Capital Management, Goldcrest Capital, Forge Life Science Partners, Godfrey Capital, and Wild Tree Ventures. Existing investors Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, Everbright Biofund, Civilization Ventures, and Pear VC also participated.
Infinimmune plans to initiate first-in-human studies for its two lead programs in 2027. These include IFX-101, a monoclonal antibody targeting IL-22, and IFX-201, a monoclonal antibody targeting IL-13.
