Alphabet Voting Shares Command Premium Amid Search Rally

The voting shares of Alphabet Inc. are trading at a 1.15% premium to GOOGL, with the search giant's operating comparison showing a 24% increase in revenue for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Evercore ISI's Mark Mahaney raised his target price to $450 from $420, citing a survey that found 78% of respondents chose Google as their primary search engine, up from 70% previously.
