Amazon Cargo Plane Crashes at Miami International Airport
An Amazon cargo plane overshot the runway at Miami International Airport after landing from Puerto Rico on September 6, 2026. According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the plane overran the runway while attempting to land.
The flight was operated by 21 Air under an Amazon contract, and the company's spokesperson Kelly Nantel confirmed that it was indeed an Amazon-operated flight. The FAA will investigate the cause of the incident.
