A former Amazon contractor has been sentenced to 16 years in prison for stealing nearly $10 million from the company. Brittany Hudson, 40, was convicted of 30 federal charges, including fraud, money laundering, and forgery. She represented herself in court.

Hudson's scheme involved a company manager and other staff members. The judge described her as 'dishonest and deceptive.'

She will also have to pay $9.4 million in restitution and forfeit millions of dollars worth of assets.
