Amazon Delivery Company Closes Suddenly, Lays Off Over 100 Employees

An Amazon delivery company in Airway Heights, Washington, has permanently closed its operations, leaving over 100 employees without jobs.

The company, 2 EZY LLC, listed 120 positions to be terminated due to the closure. This includes 109 delivery drivers, five dispatchers, four helpers, one administrative assistant, and one manager.

In a letter filed on September 15, the company cited Amazon as its only client, stating that it was Amazon's decision to close operations on short notice.

The positions affected by the closure will be laid off on September 30. The lack of advance notice has left employees with little time to find new employment opportunities.
