Amazon Prime Day Deals: Home Improvement Gadgets at Discounted Prices

Amazon's October Prime Day deals are now live, and shoppers can snag home improvement gadgets at discounted prices. The sale officially runs from Oct. 6 through Oct. 7, but Amazon rarely plays by the rules, so plenty of deals are already available.

The best deals include a Craftsman V20 cordless ratchet wrench for $89, down from $139. This tool features variable-speed trigger and interchangeable anvils, making it perfect for DIY projects.

Other popular deals include outdoor power equipment such as the 16-inch cordless electric chainsaw from Greenworks for $219.99, a 38% discount from its usual price of $349.99.

Smart home devices are also on sale, including a Govee air purifier that features three-stage filtration and can be controlled through an app. It's currently priced at $80.99, down from $129.99 with extra 10% Prime savings.
