Amazon Slashes M5 MacBook Air Prices by Up to $150

Amazon has launched a sale on select M5 MacBook Air models, knocking off up to $150 from their original prices. The discounts apply to both 13-inch and 15-inch models, with the lowest price seen so far since Apple's recent price hikes.

The 16GB/1TB 13-inch MacBook Air is now available for $1,449.00, down from its previous price of $1,599.00. This model comes in Sky Blue and is part of a series of discounts on the M5 MacBook Air.

Ahead of Apple's official launch of new products next month, it seems that Amazon is clearing out existing stock with these discounts. However, as MacRumors notes, the prices may not remain at this level after September 22nd when new products are set to be released.
