Connor Clark & Lunn Investment Management Ltd., a Canadian investment firm, has acquired a significant stake in Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) during the second quarter.

The company purchased approximately 2.99 million shares of AMZN stock worth around $712.55 million.

This acquisition accounts for about 1.3% of Connor Clark & Lunn's portfolio and makes it the firm's twelfth largest holding.
