Cajamar, a leading financial institution, has entered into a strategic partnership with IBM to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across its operations. The agreement will enable Cajamar to launch a new data and AI platform powered by IBM solutions, which will be responsible for integrating AI models and agents into key business processes.

According to the cooperative group, this collaboration will allow it to automate 'repetitive and mechanical tasks,' thereby enhancing the efficiency of its services. The technical architecture will combine on-premise installations with cloud computing capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.

Cajamar has been testing the potential of these solutions through various pilot projects, including the development of conversational agents aimed at improving fraud management. With this infrastructure in place, the bank aims to further improve its services for its over 4 million clients.
