Amazon Truck Involved in Fatal Collision on 5 Freeway in Norwalk

A fatal collision involving an Amazon truck and two other vehicles on the 5 Freeway in Norwalk, California is currently under investigation.

The incident occurred around 12:10 a.m. on September 10, 2026, near Rosecrans Avenue on the southbound side of the freeway.

An Amazon truck collided with a cargo van and a car, resulting in the cargo van overturning due to the crash.

At least three people were hospitalized as a result of the incident, including one who was later pronounced dead at a hospital. The identity of the deceased victim has not been released.
