Amazon's New Bulk TRF Tool Streamlines Compliance Filing for Regulated Sellers

Amazon has replaced its one-at-a-time compliance filing process for sellers in regulated categories with a bulk TRF (Test Request Form) tool. This change, effective July 24, 2026, allows sellers to submit test requests for multiple products at once, reducing the administrative burden associated with compliance requirements.

The previous system required each product needing verification to have its own form submitted separately, even when many listings were flagged under the same policy at the same time. This inefficiency compounded at scale, particularly for sellers managing dozens or hundreds of SKUs subject to TIC (Third-Party Testing, Inspection, and Certification) requirements.

The new bulk TRF tool includes three specific capabilities: bulk submission, cross-store compliance visibility, and a centralized dashboard. Bulk submission allows sellers to submit test requests for multiple flagged products within a single policy at once, while cross-store compliance visibility lets them view the status of every test request across all stores on their account.

Amazon's announcement frames this update as addressing operational speed rather than underlying compliance burdens. According to e-commerce ecosystem strategist Vanessa Hung, 'This does not fix your compliance strategy; it fixes your compliance response time.'
