American Express Debuts First Continental Europe Centurion Lounge at Amsterdam Schiphol

On September 17th, American Express opened its first Centurion Lounge in continental Europe at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. This nearly 6,000-square-foot lounge is the 33rd location in the Centurion Lounge Network and serves as a Dutch-themed oasis for travelers.

The lounge, which is located between Concourses E and F, features blue, green, and earth tones reminiscent of Amsterdam's canals and surrounding landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light, while work from several Dutch artists adorns the walls.

A dedicated coffee bar, Blue Roast Coffee Bar, serves locally sourced coffee to card members and their guests. The lounge also features a full bar with beer, cocktails, and wine, as well as a buffet serving seasonal dishes inspired by Dutch and other regional European flavors.
