American Express Overhauls Aeroplan Co-Brand Cards with Enhanced Benefits

American Express Canada is revamping its Aeroplan co-brand Card portfolio to provide more value and benefits for frequent Air Canada travelers.

The refreshed Cards, set to launch on January 12, 2027, come with new features such as up to $100 annually towards Air Canada travel in the AC wallet, a 15% discount on flight rewards, and expanded lounge access.

The American Express Aeroplan Reserve Card will also see an increase in its annual fee from $599 to $799 effective on the Cardmember's first annual fee billing date after January 12, 2027.
