Amazon's stock price slipped by about 0.28% on Tuesday morning trading to $245.46, despite the company expanding its offerings in the AI model market through AWS.

The move allows developers more ways to run AI on AWS, but investors remain uncertain about how much revenue this will generate for Amazon.

Bedrock added new models to its platform, including OpenAI's GPT-6 Sol and Luna alongside Anthropic's Claude Opus 5.5, which are now available in AWS's model marketplace.

AWS also introduced CloudWatch Omni to monitor applications and AI agents, and SageMaker HyperPod gateway, which can cut latency by up to 82% in certain scenarios.
