Amgen Surpasses $10B in Revenue, Raises Full-Year Outlook

The company's revenue increased 10% from the same period last year, with 22 products achieving double-digit sales growth. CEO Bob Bradway pointed to the 'breadth and depth' of performance, underscoring that the results are exactly what the company's strategy is intended to deliver.
Repatha surged 37%, while TEZSPIRE jumped 42%. MariTide, a promising obesity treatment, has nine ongoing phase III trials with three more planned. The pipeline also includes olpasiran and dazodalibep, which are expected to reach pivotal readouts in the second half of 2026.
Amgen raised its full-year outlook for both revenue and non-GAAP earnings per share. It now projects $38.2, $39.4 billion in total revenues and $22.30, $23.50 in EPS. Operating margins remained strong at 48%, while free cash flow reached $3.5 billion.
The company also highlighted its commitment to investing in the late-stage pipeline, with a focus on smaller, earlier-stage assets. Chairman and CEO Bob Bradway emphasized that Amgen's operational plate is 'pretty full' in late-stage clinical development.
