Apple Stock Jumps as Analyst Doubles iPhone Duo Revenue Forecast
Gene Munster, managing partner of Deepwater Asset Management, has revised his projection for Apple's (AAPL) fiscal 2027 iPhone revenue from the iPhone Duo, doubling it to 10%.
This estimate is based on his assumption that if one-third of Pro Max buyers switch to the Duo instead, total Apple revenue could increase by around 2.5% in fiscal 2027.
The iPhone Duo starts at $1,999 and goes up to $3,199 for the largest storage option, with a leasing plan priced close to $58 per month.
Munster's prediction also takes into account Apple's delayed release of standard iPhones, which could push March-quarter revenue growth closer to 20%, above the Street's current estimate of 14%.
