Apple Surpasses $109 Billion Revenue Milestone Amid AI and Hardware Growth
Apple (AAPL) has reported record-breaking revenue of $109.4 billion for its June quarter, driven by growth in Greater China sales and double-digit revenue increases in iPhone, Mac, and Services.
The company's stock price reflects expectations of continued AI and hardware growth, trading near 33 times fiscal 2027 earnings per share (EPS).
However, analysts warn that if Services segment growth slows down, it could put pressure on the stock. Apple has also unveiled new products, including the M6 Mac mini with up to 4x faster AI capabilities and updated Mac Studio models.
The company is shifting its focus towards local AI and on-device intelligence, rather than relying heavily on backend infrastructure investments.
