Archer Aviation Boosts Revenue as Partnership with Boeing Takes Off
Archer Aviation announced its second quarter 2026 results, showing increased revenue and operating expenses. The company also made significant announcements regarding its partnership with Boeing to shape the future of aerospace and defense.
According to Adam Goldstein, founder and CEO of Archer, 'Today is an important inflection point for Archer.' He noted that the company's planned acquisitions of Wisk, Insitu, and SkyGrid from Boeing will create an end-to-end physical AI platform for aerospace and defense. This combination will leverage Archer's leading purpose-built AI foundation model, ZEE.
The acquisition of Insitu alone is expected to add over $200 million in annual revenue to Archer's business, with operations across 35 countries. As part of the transaction, Boeing will take a strategic stake in Archer and become a strategic partner, establishing an ongoing collaboration and technology sharing arrangement.
