Arizona Law Enforcement Veteran Kevin James Nolan Passes Away at 75

Kevin James Nolan, a former law enforcement officer and Army veteran, passed away on September 13, 2026, in El Paso, Texas. Born on September 11, 1951, in New York, Kevin grew up on Long Island before attending North Babylon High School. He later moved to Arizona, where he worked for American Express while attending Phoenix College.

Kevin's law enforcement career spanned over two decades, with stints at the Globe Police Department and as a Deputy Constable. During his time in Globe PD, he became a certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). After leaving law enforcement, Kevin transitioned into security management, working as Security Director at Apache Gold Casino.

A devoted husband to Patty for 44 years, Kevin is survived by his wife, children Kelly and Jason, grandchildren Joey, Christian, Evan, and Trinity, sister Gerrie, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family requests donations in Kevin's memory be made to the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police or a charity of choice.
