Audiocodes' Voca CIC Earns Certification for Microsoft Teams Voice Agents

Audiocodes has achieved certification for its Voca Conversational Interaction Center (Voca CIC) under Microsoft's new Teams Voice Agent Certification Program. This is a significant milestone, as it allows Audiocodes to provide AI-powered voice agents that can answer incoming calls and route them to the right destination within the Microsoft Teams platform.

The certification process involved independent third-party functional validation and a full security and compliance review by Microsoft. Voca CIC was already certified for the Microsoft Teams Unify integration model for Contact Center, but this new certification extends its capabilities to AI-powered conversations.

Audiocodes' Head of Product Management for Voca CIC, Elad Sananes, said that 'Voice AI shines where it actually performs.' He added that this achievement is about intelligent and efficient use of a modern technology stack, tying the interaction from the Voice Agent all the way to a live user within Microsoft Teams.
