Bigbasket Teams Up with Coca-Cola to Refresh Delivery Partners

Bigbasket, an Indian e-grocery platform, has partnered with Coca-Cola India to provide refreshments for its delivery partners. The collaboration will expand access to beverages and drinking water at high-frequency pickup locations across various cities in phases.

The initiative is being carried out through bb Instant, Bigbasket's automated smart vending network. Touchscreen vending machines stocked with Coca-Cola products are being placed at locations with high rider movement.

According to Parankush Pantu, National Business Head of bb Instant, 'Every order reaches a customer because a delivery partner makes that final mile possible.' He added that the partnership is a step towards making refreshments and drinking water more accessible for delivery partners during their workday.

The Coca-Cola Company is supporting the program through its beverage portfolio and vending infrastructure. Abhishek Gupta, Vice President of Customer Development at Coca-Cola India and Southwest Asia, said 'Delivery partners are integral to India's rapidly growing quick commerce landscape.'
