Biman Bangladesh Airlines Expands Fleet with Additional Boeing Orders

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has placed an order for 11 more Boeing aircraft to expand its fleet. The additional order consists of five Boeing 787-10s and six Boeing 737-8s.

The agreement was signed during the United Nations General Assembly, attended by key officials from both countries.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines Chairman Rumi A. Hossain stated that this order is an important step in fleet renewal and network expansion. Boeing's Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales and Marketing, Brad McMullen, said that this additional order reflects the airline's strategic approach to modernizing its fleet.
