BMO Capital cut its price target for Honeywell Aerospace Inc (NASDAQ:HONA) to $209 from $276, citing supply chain concerns that are affecting the company's output. The stock currently trades at $159.74, down 19% over the past week and hovering near its 52-week low of $150.03.

The firm reduced its target based on a revised estimate of 2-3% organic growth for the second half of 2026. BMO Capital noted that the company's guidance does not assume any supply chain output acceleration in the second half of 2026, with output expected to remain consistent with first-half 2026 levels.

The third quarter of 2026 faces a difficult commercial aftermarket comparison, according to BMO Capital. The firm believes the second half of 2026 is de-risked at this point and that the valuation multiple appears too low.

BMO Capital maintained an Outperform rating for Honeywell Aerospace Inc, despite lowering its price target.
